Role & Responsibilities

  • This role is part time with the possibility to turn into full time as the company grows. This position will be mostly remote in the short term, but applicant must live in the Telluride area and be available to meet in person.

  • Manage schedules and appointments to ensure the office runs smoothly

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and emails, facilitate communication with clients

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently are a must

  • Assist in creating systems to promote efficiency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Quickbooks is required. This job will require becoming proficient with our CRM software, Jobber. Prior knowledge of this software is not required, but applicant will need to become proficient with this software to the point they can train other employees on how to use it.

  • Willingness to perform a wide array of tasks is a must

  • A college degree and/or experience working in a similar position is preferred

What we’ll provide

  • This position starts at $30+ per hour, but pay is dependent on experience and skillset

  • Ski Pass
